TEKO, producers of the best socks for the planet, continually have the environment at the forefront of all product development; from the yarns used in sock construction through to the packaging and point of sale. In 2008 TEKO reduced the size of it’s packaging by 50% and now the brand has taken further steps to make their recycled and recyclable packaging even more energy and resource efficient by reducing the ink used by up to four times and subsequently reducing the ink drying time by the same margin.
TEKO’s new packaging for the Evolution Series micro, mini and mini-crew styles has greater shelf appeal at retail and much stronger branding. TEKO’s differing fibre types are easily recognisable by the new packaging.
To support their super-eco friendly packaging TEKO also provides retailers with great in-store display units, which are all produced using recycled materials. In order to generate the lowest possible carbon footprint, everything required for these point of sale units is sourced and constructed in the UK.
